National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) is looking for a reckless driver caught on camera driving a private car while hanging on the door.
The viral video captured the driver on camera boasting of his ‘driving prowess’ through dangerous stunts.

In 2020, a matatu driver who was captured in a viral online video driving while hanging from the driver's door was charged with endangering lives.
NTSA confirmed that the middle-aged man was arrested and appeared before a Naivasha court on October 16.
The driver of this vehicle was arrested after presenting himself to NTSA Head Office, where he had been summoned.
The suspect was arraigned at a Naivasha court today," NTSA said.
In the 17 seconds clip, the driver pulled off the dangerous stunt while facing backwards as the vehicle moved on the Nairobi-Naivasha road.

The video attracted the attention of other road users who published it on social media, demanding immediate revocation of the suspect's driving licence.
The NTSA officers then moved in and summoned him to appear before its Naivasha office, where he was nabbed.
In a related story, Samuel Githinji appeared before Milimani Law Court Magistrate Wendy Micheni, where he was charged with obstructive conduct with intent to provoke a breach of peace.
On May 29 at Ambassadeur, he was charged with using abusive words towards Corporal Virginia Karimi.
He told her, "usinilete umalaya hapa" (don't bring prostitution here) when performing her duties.
According to the court documents, Githinji had packed his matatu on the pavement, obstructing other road users, when Karimi who was manning traffic along Moi Avenue, noticed the infraction.
He reportedly answered back rudely after being asked why he was obstructing other road users.

As a result, Githiniji was given the notice to attend court to answer the obstruction charge. However, he retorted by telling her, "Toa umalaya hapa".
He was arrested on the spot and taken to the Central Police Station. He denied the charge and was freed on a cash bail of KSh 20,000.
