However, this week, Kenyans have used social media to share customer service experiences while buying cooking gas from different vendors.
In a Facebook post, Wahome Thuku, a blogger, narrated what it takes to buy a KGas from Quickmart supermarket in Kitengela, Kajiado county.
He also shared what it entails to buy the same gas from Rubis Petrol Station in the same locality.

TUKO.co.ke earlier reported that the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) had introduced a new proposal to control cooking prices in Kenya.
Cooking gas prices are unregulated in Kenya, unlike other petroleum products such as diesel, kerosene and petrol.
Players in the sector have been taking advantage by raising prices at will. EPRA hopes to establish a regulatory framework for the commodity by June 2023.
The agency's director-general Daniel Kiptoo said pricing would ensure effectiveness.
